The Strategic Agriculture Samples Reserve is an independent agency within the Department of Agriculture which maintains emergency stockpiles of seeds and the DNA sequences of various agricultural products for the purposes of protecting the Pillow Fortress's ability to plant and grow produce in the aftermath of environmental or other catastrophes.
