Establishment of New Fortressian Currency
While acknowledging that the decision to abolish the Pillow Fortress Real in favor of a fully digital currency was done with the best of intentions, it is now understood that there is, for the foreseeable future, a critical utility in maintaining both digital and physical versions of the same currency. Therefore, those provisions in Royal Decree 00028 mandating the strict development of a digital currency and a move to total dependence on the same are hereby rendered null and void, and a new currency for use by the Principality of the Pillow Fortress and its client state and non-state entities is established thusly:

Furthermore, the value of Ꝟ1FS is hereby pegged to 1/100th the value of $1 USD, with the relevant authorities within the Department of Economics having the power to manage the Fortressian Sen, including but not limited to depegging it, subject to necessary consultation with the Council of Labor. The Pillow Fortress Mint is also hereby granted the authority to print Fortressian Sen banknotes and mint Fortressian Sen coinage in those denominations most useful to the economic life of the Principality and of its citizens and subjects.
