The Pillowans Abroad Province is currently the only province of the Pillow Fortress. It is non-territorial, being that it consists of no space, but rather is a legal entity defined as constituting all Pillowans living outside of the physical territory of the Principality. In a time when the Pillow Fortress's only other claims are uninhabited and not integrated as first level administrative divisions, the Pillowans Abroad Province serves to facilitate the Council of Labor as a functioning council within the Directory. The province shall remain extant even in the event of further territorial claims, in order to provide expatriates with a means of better engaging with their government.
The population of the Pilowans Abroad Province is currently coterminous with the population of the Principality as a whole.
