In the Year 5 the State Charter was amended for the first time, and the Covid pandemic was declared over. The government also began taking a greater interest in the Principality's aesthetics and graphic design, with the State Emblem being refined multiple times to include newly created symbols of posthumanism. What can be called the first inklings of a truly Fortressian media environment also took shape in 5, with the first issue of The Fortressian Letter being released in Outwork.
