The Dawn Interval Chapter is a local party chapter of the Libertine Party serving the Party's interests in the Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow Chapteriat. It lacks many of the territorial structures of a normal chapter, as no one lives in its corresponding chapteriat for more than five minutes at a time. Party members who were born within the DI may choose it as their chapter instead of that chapter that they would otherwise be assigned to based on geography.
