The Fortressian Border and Customs Administration (FBCA) is an independent agency of the Department of Immigration & Emigration that maintains the integrity of the Principality's borders. It is responsible for operating points of entry, checking passports, and carrying out searches and seizures of contraband attempting to be smuggled into the Pillow Fortress. It is in many ways the civilian counterpart of the Order of the Coast Guard, with which it works regularly.
