The Year 1 was the beginning of the so-called Great Stability, a period of relative calm brought about by the replacement of the increasingly unworkable Autumn Constitution with the Constitution of the Year I in the closing days of the 0. Significant changes that occurred during 1 were the disestablishment of the Department of the Exterior and the Department of Honors & Noble Titles.
